Day 21

We started with a stretch and we end with a dance….

“You dance love, and you dance joy, and you dance dreams.”

  1. Set a Timer for 5 minutes
  2. Turn on your favorite dance song.
  3. Wiggle your arms
  4. Do the twist.
  5. Or simply get up and jump around: anything to get your body moving.
  6. Make it even more fun by inviting a friend or coworker to dance along with you.

In one study conducted by Rhode Island College, scientists found that small amounts of exercise can boost creative potential both during and after the exercise is performed. Another study from Baruch College, showed that dancing specifically improves creativity.

This exercise uses divergent Thinking.
